Lawrence “Larry” Kirk, 78, Independence, Missouri passed away January 4, 2022. A visitation will be held 10:00 – 11:00 AM, Wednesday, January 12, 2022 at Heartland Cremation & Burial Society, 6113 Blue Ridge Blvd, Raytown, Missouri. Services will follow at 11:00 AM. Burial in Missouri Veterans Cemetery, Higginsville, Missouri.
He was born July 4, 1943 in Kansas City, Missouri. Larry worked for Milbank Mfg for 20 years.
He is survived by: his wife, Janet Kirk, of the home; daughter & son-in-law, Jennifer & Steve Dooley, Liberty, Missouri; step daughter & son-in-law, Julie & Tim Garrett, Independence, Missouri; step sons & daughters-in-law, Jamie & Tammy Irwin, Kansas City, Missouri and Jason Irwin, Independence, Missouri; brother, Charles Lane Kirk; sister, Cheryl Bainbridge; brother, George Junior Parker; sister, Chris Gilchrist. Larry had sixteen grandchildren and twenty one great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by: mother, Lois Parker; daughter, Stacey Renee and dad, Charles D. Kirk.
