Lisa L Smith

Lisa L Smith, 52 of Independence Missouri passed away, surrounded by family and supported by Crossroads Hospice, at her home on September 12th, 2017.

Survivors include her husband Ronald “Butch” Smith, two sons Jason (Fiance’ Anna) and Joshua, mother Karleen Luna, father James Luna, mother in law Carol Smith, 4 grandchildren, Savannah, Kiptyn, Lily and Cooper, two sisters Debora Hatfield (Steve), Brenda Petesch (Paul), Sister in law Ronda Johnson (Ron), two brothers Terry Luna (Becky), Brian Luna (Tracy), brother in law Bill Smith, Nieces Haley, Heather and Monica, nephews Noah, Nick, Matt, James, Ryan, Richard, Chris and Charlie.

Lisa loved listening to music, visiting with friends playing cards. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and being at her home away from home Oak Tree RV Park.

A celebration of life dinner will be held at Susquehanna Baptist Church 17800 Susquehanna Ridge, Independence, Missouri 64056 on Friday, September 22nd from 6-8 pm in their CSL building. Come as you are and visit with the family as we celebrate Lisa’s life.

Donations to St. Jude are requested in lieu of flowers.
