Loretta S. Phelps, 60, Belton, Mo passed away May 31, 2018. A memorial service will be held 11 AM, Saturday, June 9, 2018 at Hickman Mills Community Christian Church, 5809 E. Red Bridge Road, Kansas City, Mo.

    I am so very sorry to hear about Loretta. She truly was a very good soul. We lost touch as I do not get to Kansas City that much anymore, but I never forgot her and still considered her a friend.
