Louanna Welsh age 75, of Independence, peacefully passed away surrounded by her loved ones on Friday, October 31st. Louanna was born on August 7th 1939, in Indiana, to Ralph and Annabelle Jones. Louanna was known for the love and compassion she gave as a caregiver for 28 years in her career as a nurse at MCI Hospital. Per her request there will not be a service.
