Lowell M. Brown, 66, Raytown, MO passed away March 14, 2012.  Military burial will take place March 19, 2012 at 12:00 PM at Missouri Veteran’s Cemetery in Higginsville, MO.  Mr. Brown was born March 13, 1946 in Kansas City, MO to Everett and Oleta Brown.  He is survived by his wife, Banita Brown; daughter and son-in-law, Kim and Tom Devonshire; 4 granddaughters, Chelsea Brown Devonshire, Gwendolyn Devonshire, Emily Devonshire, and Victoria Devonshire.  Lowell will be greatly missed by everyone who knew and loved him.
