Lucille Ann (Doddie) Hale

Lucille A. “Doddie” Hale, 88, nee Deily, born February 23, 1924, in Rapid City, SD, passed away Nov. 1, 2012, at her home in Kansas City, KS. Beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and friend. Preceded in death by her loving husband, James A. Hale. Loving mother of Pat (Rick Johnston), Sandy (Dan Reed), Victoria, Terry (B.J. Wiest) and Debra (Jim Stafford); cherished grandmother of Leslie (Andrew Scheaffer), Derek Stafford, Tiff (Geoff Grossett), Jeff (Therese Johnston), and great grandmother of Benjamin Scheaffer, who she enjoyed seeing on Halloween as an adorable pumpkin; dear sister of Dorothy Schuler and John Deily; fond aunt of many nieces & nephews. She is our angel and will always be loved, cherished and remembered for her warm heart and kind spirit. We will miss her, but take comfort knowing that Momma Mouse is now with Papa Bear and so many family and friends in Heaven. Private Services to be held in Kansas City & Chicago.
