Luther W. Peghee, Sr., 89, Kansas City, MO, passed away January 14, 2011. Burial will be January 28, 2011 at 11 a.m., at Leavenworth National Cemetery. A memorial service will be the same day at 1 p.m., at the 47th Street Baptist Church in Kansas City, KS. Luther was born September 19, 1921 in Clarksdale, MS to Joe and Betty Peghee. He will be greatly missed by his loving family and friends.
