Lydia Mae Robeson, 89, of Holt, Missouri, died April 23rd, 2025. She was born December 26th, 1935, to Laura Catherine and William Albert Richey. Lydia was a lover of poetry, music, and nature, often choosing to spend her time outdoors. She loved helping others as well as giving to charities and causes across the nation.
Lydia is preceded by her husband William Zachary Robeson, and her siblings Dorothy Fay Massey, Opal Morine Ireland
and William Marion Richey.
Lydia is survived by her daughter Pamela Lynn Moore; grandchildren Charles Allan Moore and Lauren Catherine NeSmith; great grandchildren Judah Benjamin, Selah Rae and Isaiah Shepherd and her cat Miss Kitty.
A graveside service honoring Lydia will be held at 10am, Saturday, May 3, 2025, Antioch Cemetery, 21225 Scott Ave, Holt, Mo.
Oh how we will miss you Liddy. Rest in peace my sweet friend.
Pam and Family, I am so sorry and saddened to hear about Lydia. She and your family have a special place in my heart as friends of my parents, Bob and Donna, back to the 1950’s. You mom was cheerful, kind, full of life and beautiful. Have thought of you all often over the years and more recently, as going thru old family videos. Love and sympathies, Tammy
