Dear Margaret’s Family, I have had the wonderful privilege of visiting Margaret every Monday afternoon for almost 2 years. We became Pals, the three of us. Samson the dog and Margaret and me. She kept a picture of Samson on her table and he used to sit on her lap. We celebrated her last birthday together and sometimes had a hamburger from Freddy’s. I cannot tell you how wonderful it was to just be with her. You all know her affection for animal and she loved Samson who would sit on her lap and give her kisses. She and I were close to the same age and shared a lot about our lives and families. Thank God for Milissa, she was the apple of Margaret’s eye. She so loved the dinners out and the things that Milissa did for her after she moved from her apartment.
