Margaret Irene Canter, 97, of Columbia passed away April 26, 2009. Services for Margaret will be held at 2 p.m. on Monday, May 18, 2009 at the Terrace Retirement Community. Margaret was born on May 17, 1911 in St. Louis to Charles and Lella (Sellers) Crawford. Survivors include two sons, Robert Canter, Jr. of Nevada and Charles L. Canter of California; two daughters, Carole Walker of Boonville, MO and Helen Wigersma of Flordia; as well as one sister, and nine grandchildren. Memorial Contributions may be sent to the Mizzou Annual Fund, 401 Reynolds Alumni Center, Columbia, MO 65211.
