Margaret S. Kenning, 89, of Overland Park passed away Friday, Jan 14, 2011. Margaret was born July 15, 1921, in Osnabruck, Germany. She came to Kansas City in 1955. Margaret retired from St. Elizabeth’s school where she worked in the cafeteria for many years. She was preceded in death by her husband Helmut. Survivors include a sister, Hilde Poppl, son Bernd Kenning, daughter, Angelika (Joseph) Zweimiller and grandson Erich Kenning-Zweimiller. A memorial service is planned for a future date.
