Mark D Tesar, 48 of Independence, Missouri, formally of Osawatomie and Paola Kansas, passed away July 31, 2015.  Graveside services will be held 10:00 AM, Saturday, August 15th, 2015 at Princeton Cemetery, Princeton, Kansas.

Mark was born July 24, 1967 in Ottawa, Kansas.  Mark will be remembered for his love of his family, fishing and BBQing.  He also loved animals.  Mark was known as a quiet person.

He was preceded in death by; grandparents, Evan & Dorothy Lloyd; mother, Linda Lloyd Tesar and uncle, John Lloyd.  Survivors include; children, Chris, Megan & Tyler Tesar; wife, Cathy Tesar; father, Tony Tesar; sister, Monique Lawson and brother, Brian Atkinson.

    To Chris, Megan and Tyler and Cathy… and family…. I was a lucky person to be able to work with your father when he worked at the State Hospital… and always thought a lot of him… I am so sorry that this has happened… he was a young man yet… my thoughts and prayers are with you all… May the Lord wrap his arms around you all..

    My name is Leanne and I went to school with Mark. I was in his graduating class. He was a good friend and a great guy. I am really sorry to hear he is no longer hear on earth with us, he will be greatly missed!!! You all are in my thoughts and prayers. RIP Mark.
