Mark R. Watts, 54, of Columbia passed away at his home May 31, 2014. Cremation has taken place and a Memorial Mass is scheduled for June 7, 2014 at 10:00 am at Immaculate Conception Dardenne Parish, 7701 State Hwy N, O’Fallon, MO 63368.  A celebration of his life will immediately follow at The Blue Sky Café.  In addition, plans are being made for a celebration of his life in Columbia.  Mark was born May 24, 1960 in St Louis, MO to the late Dudley S. Jr. and Mary Anne (Blell) Watts.  He is survived by three siblings from out of the area.

    I am very sorry to learn of this news about Mark. Although a lot of time has passed since Mark and I dated, I still remember the kind and thoughtful family he had. I pray that God will comfort you during this sad time. You will be in my prayers.

    We’re so sorry to hear of Mark’s passing and found out too late to attend the memorial service. Our thought and prayers are with Mark’s friends and family. We have many fond memories.

    This is very sad news. I just heard about it on Monday. Mark was a great friend. I loved him very much. I hope that I haven’t miss the Columbia celebration of his life. He is definitely a person to celebrate.

    Mark could make me laugh like no one else. He joins a short list of people that were very special to me who have passed away recently. I know he and Billy and Mike will meet up in whatever lies beyond this realm and have a great time. Would very much like to be involved in his celebration service in Columbia.
