Mary Ann Murphy, 82, of Independence, Missouri fell asleep in death September 13, 2014. Her memorial will be held on Saturday, September 27th at 2:00 PM at The Rock Creek Kingdom Hall Of Jehovah’s Witnesses, 2885 S. Hardy, Independence, Missouri. Mary was born September 6, 1932 to Walter and Goldie Sewell. Surviving immediate family includes a daughter, Colleen Scott of Coral Gables, FL; a son, Mark Murphy of Loveland, CO; 1 grandson, Jason Scott and wife, Heather; and 2 great grandchildren of North Kansas City, Missouri. Mary leaves 2 brothers, Walter Sewell and his wife, Bette and Leroy Sewell and his wife, Terri. Mary was very active in the ministry and taught bible truths to hundreds. She will be greatly missed.
