Even though I only met her in 1979 We became instant friends. We went to church together until she moved in 1982.She was my age. I babysat for Jeff and Jared. I loved them and her. She made an impact in my life that I have never forgotten. She truly is one of God’s Angels, She was one to me and I know she will be greatly rewarded. Love you Mary K.
When I was growing up, Mary Kathryn was the little sister I wanted, but never had. Hard to say good-by, cousin.
I met Mary Kate at Davita in Lee’s Summit. I was scared and didn’t know anyone. She reached out to me that day and we were instant friends. She used to refer to us as Lavern and Shirley. We shared our love for MU. I made her a headband and scarf using the MU colors. I will miss her a lot!!!!
