Mary E Badder, age 93, passed away after a brief illness 5/24/2024 in the home. She was born in Jackson County Missouri and subsequently lived in Independence, Blue Springs, Tipton, Oak Grove, Holden and Lone Jack. She loved bowling, golf, horses, cats, dogs, and her family and friends. In her later years she lived by the three C’s- Cards Casinos and Calories. This was her mantra.
She is predeceased by her husband Charles “Bud” Badder and her daughter Judith E. Patrick. She is survived by Ellen K. Garcia and Cheryl Badder Simmons 4 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren and 5 great nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held from 5pm-7pm on Friday, June 28, 2024 at Heartland Cremation located at 802 NW Vesper St, Blue Springs, MO. In lieu of flowers please consider donating to the American Cancer Society or Longmeadow Ranch in Union, MO.
