Mary Frances Warmington

Mary Frances Warmington was born May 30, 1944, in Ashtabula, Ohio and died September 9, 2005, in Kansas City, MO. Mary was a 1962 graduate of Pampano Beach High School, FL and of John Hopkins School of Nursing in 1965. She received her Masters in Public Administration at Loretta Heights College in Denver in 1980. After beginning her nursing career in Miami, FL, she joined the U.S. Air Force in 1972 where she attained the rank of Major. After discharge in 1987 she resumed civilian nursing in the Kansas City area. Mary loved reading, the Arts, and especially travel. She is survived by loved one, Andy Hokanson, Kansas City, MO; sister Beth Armour, Lee’s Summit, MO; brothers John (Marva), Chesterfield, MO; and Tom (Susan), Mentor, OH; two nephews, three nieces and one grandniece. Visitation at 9 a.m. until service begins at 10 a.m. on Friday, September 23, at St. Peter’s Catholic Church (Holmes & Meyer) in Kansas City.
