Mary Lou Watters, 88, Independence, Missouri passed away August 16, 2020. A memorial Gathering will be held from 2-4 pm on Thursday, August 27, 2020 at Heartland, 6113 Blue Ridge Blvd., Raytown, Missouri 64133. Mary was born June 2, 1932 in Arrow Rock, Missouri to James “Bou” and Iva Pearl (Fizer) McMillan. She was 1 of five children. She enjoyed traveling with James D. Watters prior to his passing in 2014. She cherished time with family and friends. She was a caring and loving mother and person and she will be greatly missed.
She is survived by a son James K. Watters, a daughter Linda A. Watters, granddaughter Letica “Watters” Ohare and husband Michael, great-granddaughters Trinity and Skyler a great-grandson Reese, her sisters Flor Ann Perkins and Ruby LaRose and cousin Gene Beach.
She was preceded in death by her husband James D. Watters, and sons Edward E. Watters and Richard Watters.
She will be placed to rest with her husband James and son Edward in Arrow Rock, Missouri
