Matthew A. Meirath, 51, Lee’s Summit, MO passed away December 21, 2015. He leaves behind his wife of 26 years, Traci and 3 children; Amanda (25), Shane (23) and Brianna (9), two sisters; Geralyn Cerveny and Beth Meirath, a brother Mark Meirath. He was preceded in death by his parents Margaret and Wayne Meirath, and a sister Judith Foy. Special thanks to the St. Luke’s Heart Transplant and L-Vad Departments. A Visitation will be held from 5:00 – 6:30 PM on Dec. 28, 2015, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 6:30 PM at St. Bernadette’s Catholic Church, 9020 E. 51st Street, Kansas City, Mo 64133.

Matt loved his family and was a wonderful dad. He was our neighbor for a short time and a great friend.if you needed help he was one you could count on.
he will deeply missed.
