Max Schneider, 83, of Columbia, passed away on January 5. Services will be held at a later date in LaPlata. Max was born in LaPlata, MO on December 29, 1933 to Maynard and Katherine (Hastings) Schneider. His parents, sister, Sonya; brother, Jimmy; and one son Larry precede him in death. His wife, Sue; children, Bob, Misty, and Sheela; sister, Candy; 7 grandchildren, and 8 great grandchildren survive him.
