Maxence Emile Bouvette Jr, 70, Independence, Missouri passed away September 28, 2013 at Village Hospice House, Lee’s Summit, Missouri.  A memorial service will be held 11:00 AM, Thursday, October 3, 2013 at John Knox Village Chapel, 400 NW Pryor Road, Lee’s Summit, Missouri 64081.  Maxence was born July 14, 1943 in Chicago, Illinois.
