Michael Andrew Eggert, 54, passed away in his Independence home on January 9, 2025.
Michael is the son of the late Glenn and Betty Eggert. He was born in Independence, MO on August 5, 1970. He lived most of his life on a small farm near Odessa, MO. He was a 1988 graduate of Odessa High School. He was an avid reader and loved to collect books and movies.
He was preceded in death by his parents and an infant great niece.
Michael is survived by siblings, Denise (Alan) Elefson, Lamoni, IA; Ron (Melanie) Eggert, Oak Grove, MO; Steve (Brenda) Eggert, Lee’s Summit, MO; and Kevin Eggert, Odessa, MO; thirteen nieces/nephews and twenty great nieces/nephews.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
I was sorry to hear about Michael. Thoughts and prayers for his family.
