Michael D. Gilmore

Michael D. Gilmore, 54, of Kansas City, Missouri passed away July 27, 2017. A memorial service will be held from 5:00PM-7:00PM, Friday, August 4, 2017 at Heartland Cremation & Burial Society, Raytown, Missouri. Mr. Gilmore was born February 19, 1963 in San Bernardino, California.

Michael went home to Heaven on July 27, 2017. He leaves behind two brothers; Steve (Marilyn) Gilmore, Terry (Desiree) Gilmore, five sisters; Sybeth (Pat) Messina, Cheryl (Kelly) Johnson, Joyce Hatch, Dixie Jenkins, and Cindy (Steve) Hardy, aunts Jo Ann Briscoe and Jean Webb Plummer, best friend Rose Wheeler, lots of nieces, nephews, cousins and tons of friends.

He was preceded in death by his father William B. Gilmore, mother Jeanie C. Gilmore, brother Keith “Moochie” Gilmore, uncle Jimmy Briscoe, and aunt Dorthy.

    Our thoughts an prayers to the Gilmore Family,have alot of memory’s of Mike growing up in northeast,he spent alot of time at our house hanging out with my brothers,he was a funny an a great person, you will be missed Mike R.I.P The Heffern Family!!!!

    Oh my dear friend Tootles, I will never forget our younger days as Halia, You , Troy Garrett, & I would hang out, go cruising around in Troy’s little pickup , and we would walk everywhere in Northeast , walking on the playground of Thatcher Elementary School , and singing Abracadabra, That’s when Halia nicknamed you Tootles, we will miss you , Fly High big brother. love Kimberly Pope (Danner)

    All of my condolences go out to the entire family of Michael D. Gilmore. May God comfort your saddened hearts and help you through the shock of losing such an awesomely incredible man. He lived and he loved, he shared his laugh without end until God call out his name for his eternal life to begin, we were blessed with his smile ?
