Michael Kerry Cardwell, 72, of Kansas City, Missouri passed away February 22, 2021 at home.  He was born on September 11, 1948 in Sedalia, Missouri.

Michael worked for Alliant Energy for 30 years. He enjoyed working with his hands and spending time with family.

He was preceded in death by: parents, Robert and Cynthia Cardwell.

Survivors include: wife, Sandy Cardwell; daughter and son-in-law; son and daughter-in-law; six grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; two sisters; brother; mother-in-law; two sisters-in-law; brother-in-law; and nieces and nephews.

    Mike was the younger brother I never had. I have many fond memories of him. As we got older and distance separated us I wasn’t able to see as much of him as I would have liked but I loved him deeply and will miss him very much. He will always be with me in my dreams and prayers.
