Michael Lee Loveall

August 8, 1956 – March 29, 2025

Michael Lee Loveall, 68, of Independence, Missouri, passed away on March 29, 2025. He was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, and friend who will be deeply missed.

Mike was born on August 8, 1956, to Dorothea and Donald Loveall, who preceded him in death. He spent his career as a dedicated manager in the publishing department at Unity Village. Outside of work, he was passionate about fishing, playing the drums, baseball, basketball, competing in fantasy football and was an avid fan of the Kansas City Chiefs.

Family and his faith in God was at the heart of Mike’s life. He is survived by his loving wife, Anita Fuller. He was the eldest of five siblings: Rick, Karen, Kathy (who also preceded him in death), and Brian. He leaves behind his children, Gary Loveall and Michele Eagleson, and his stepchildren, Amber Shipman, Jennifer Fuller, Matthew Fuller and step son-in-law, Ricardo Shipman. He was a proud grandfather to Austin Jones, Jordan Eagleson, and Leah Eagleson, as well as a loving step-grandfather to Blake McKittrick, Alice McKittrick, and Caiden Shipman. He was also blessed with three great-grandchildren from his grandson Austin Jones.

Mike’s kindness, sense of humor, and love for the simple joys of life will be cherished by all who knew him.

A Celebration of Life Ceremony will be held in the Atrium/Courtyard at Unity Village on April 27th at 3 PM. Flowers or donations to St. Luke’s Hospice House or St. Jude’s Hospital are welcomed.

The Drummer boy will now be replaced with our very own Drummer, Mike. So many memories of the Loveall’s family band playing in the basement and then on stages. I wish I would of known him in latter years, but always thought of a very special, loved and talented cousin. We will meet again in heaven ❤️
