Millicent Riggs, 81, Independence, MO passed away August 25, 2010 at the Rehab Center of Independence. She was born June 19, 1929 in Horton, KS to John and Freda Mielke. Millicent worked in Mental Health as a social worker. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. Cremation will take place. Services have not been planned at this time.
