Misti Duncan

Misti Duncan passed away peacefully in her home on March 13, 2024, in Olathe, KS, at the age of 61 after a short but tough battle with cancer.

Misti is survived by her wife, Debbie Previs; daughter, Lydia; son, Michael Duncan (Shannon) of Kansas City, KS; siblings, Pam Becker of Olathe, KS, Tina Patterson (Dana) of Wentzville, MO, John Duncan (Clarnice) of Blue Springs, MO and Joey Duncan (Diana) Santa Maria, CA; grandchildren, Taryn, Kahlan, Kristyn, and Alex; as well as many nieces and nephews all of whom she loved very dearly.

She is preceded in death by parents, John Duncan, California, and Shirley Kerscher, Olathe, KS.

Misti loved football and was a diehard Dallas Cowboys fan. She also enjoyed watching the KC Chiefs. She spent several years working as a logistics/ driver manager at Ruan at Steel & Pipe in Gardner, KS and most recently at Jett Trucking in Olathe, KS. When not working Misti enjoyed spending time with family, going on road trips, and watching her favorite movies and TV shows.
You may pay your respects to Misti and her family at McGilley & Frye Funeral Home in Olathe, KS from 1-3 PM on Saturday March 16, 2024.

Due to Misti’s sudden passing, she can no longer provide for Lydia’s future education, so Debbie respectfully requests donations to Lydia’s education fund in lieu of flowers.

Private family burial at a later date.
