Nancy C. Cooper, 69, Kansas City, MO passed away February 21, 2011 at her home. She was born June 2, 1941 in St. Louis, MO to Roy and Betty Ritchey. Nancy will be greatly missed by her loving family and friends. Cremation will take place. Services have not been planned at this time.
