One of her greatest achievements in life came at the age of 48 when she enrolled in college at MACC, where she attended for 2 years earning her Associate’s Degree. Then, she transferred to University of Missouri in Columbia, where she graduated with honors with her Master’s in Social Work. After graduation, she worked at Fulton State Hospital for over 10 years. She retired from FSH in 2014.
She was an avid reader and learner. She enjoyed researching her and Larry’s ancestry. She also loved to sew, spend time with her family, and travel. Nancy was very faith driven and passionate about learning more about her religion.
