Nelson Stoneking Jr.

Nelson Lee Stoneking Jr., 52, of Raymore, MO passed away at Kansas University Hospital on December 11, 2022.

A Celebration of Life for Nelson will be held Tuesday December 20, 2022, from 3:00PM – 4:00PM at Heartland Cremation and Burial Society in Raytown, MO. If you are unable to attend the service, you may view the service via livestream ~ Nelson Stoneking Jr.’s Celebration of Life

Mr. Stoneking was born March 12, 1970, in Kansas City, Kansas to parents Nelson Stoneking Sr. and Carol Meadows. Nelson was an avid Outdoorsman, he enjoyed fishing, loved listening to country music, and had a talent for playing darts. Nelson was a general manager of production and retired from Tyson Food Company, one of the largest protein producers in the world. Nelson was also a proud eagle scout and a warrior in the tribe of Mic-O-Say (an honor society in the Boy Scouts of America). Nelson had many hobbies and loves in life but more than anything else he loved God.

Nelson was preceded in death by his parents, Sisters Diane Stoneking and Debbie Burt, Grandmother Marie Meadows, Grandfather Bill Meadows and Stepfather William Donnelly.

Survivors of Nelson include his Sons; Justin and Jacob Stoneking, Sisters; Tammy and Micki Stoneking, Brothers; Scott, Jeff and Robert Stoneking, Grandsons; Mason, Kingsley and Jackson Stoneking and many nieces and nephews.
