Norma Nadine Andrews, 76, of Eldon passed away March 20, 2014 at Capital Region Medical Center.  Norma was born on January 31, 1938 in Contra Costa, CA to Leonard and Iris (Cliff) Barnes.  Norma will be missed by all of her friends and family members whose lived she touched over the years.
