Norman E. Foster, 81, Wichita, KS passed away November 8, 2012 at the VA Medical Center in Topeka, KS. Norman was born September 6, 1931 in Flint, MI to Eldridge and Christine Foster. He was a US Navy veteran. Norman will be greatly missed by his loving family and all who knew and loved him. Cremation will take place. Services have not been planned at this time.
