Patricia Anne Peterson, 81, of Kansas City, Kansas, passed away August 19, 2026.
Patricia was born June 28, 1945 in Kansas City, Missouri. She was adopted by Joseph and Elizabeth Ryan. She was a dedicated mother and grandmother. She was fiercely dedicated to her family.
She is preceded in death by: parents, Joseph M. Ryan and Elizabeth Ryan; husband, Dean Peterson; sons, John P Weber, James K. Weber and Jeffrey A. Oringderff.
Survivors included: son, Joseph (Jami) Weber; daughter, Lisa Hargis; daughter, Karen Buchanan; daughter, Patricia Medina; brother, Joseph Ryan; and 15 grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren; and 3 great-great grandchildren.
I love you so much nana you’re the sweetest and most kindness person I will ever know. You have always been there for us and even our darkest moments. You always have a place in my heart you always be remembered. I love you so Nana.

You were the most important person in my life. My rock, my soul, my heartbeat, and one of the greatest driving forces behind everything I have become. I truly don’t know how life is supposed to look without you in it, and I know I will never be the same.
I will miss your laughter, your love, your beautiful smile, and those beautiful eyes. I will miss your voice, your hugs, your presence, and simply knowing you were there whenever I needed you.
You were more than my mom. You were my safe place, my strength, and such a huge part of my heart. Losing you has left a space in me that can never be filled.
