Patricia Louise Carmichael

Patricia Louise Carmichael, passed peacefully at her home in Columbia, MO into paradise on September 20, 2014, she was 71 years old.  Visitation will be held from 5:00 – 7:00 pm, Wednesday, September, 24, 2014 at First Assembly of God 1100 N. 7th St., Columbia, MO.  A Funeral Service officiated by Chaplain Tom Graddy and Pastor Tracy Cook will be held at 10:00 A.M., Thursday, September 25, 2014 at the church.  Visitation will also be held one hour prior to the service at the church.  Burial will follow in Clarks Chapel Cemetery in Franklin, MO.  A reception will follow the burial at the home of Karen Boggs at 101 Katy Ct., New Franklin, MO. Pat is survived by her six children Ronda Jackson, Brent House, Deidra Golden, Leanna Asbury, Tonya Barney, and Lloyd Perrigo, 25 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren as well as her sister, Karen Boggs and brother Lynn Jones.  She is preceded in death by her beloved parents Grant and Vera Carmichael and one sister Kathy Carmichael. Pat was a prayer warrior and a member of First Assembly of God Church in Columbia and retired from 3M after several years of service.  Pat loved her family, was a devoted Elvis fan, proud of her Native American Heritage and an avid collector of family photos, Elvis memorabilia, porcelain dolls and Native American artifacts. In lieu of flowers memorials are requested to Hospice Compassus 3050 Interstate 70 Dr. SE, Columbia, MO whose staff provided love and care to Pat in her last days.  Online condolences may be left for the family at www.heartlandcremation.com.  Arrangements by: Heartland Cremation & Burial Society of Columbia.  (573) 442-7850.
