Patricia “Peggy” Dawes

Patricia “Peggy” Dawes, 85, of Lee’s Summit, Missouri, passed away Saturday, June 19, 2010. A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, June 26th, 3:00 p.m., at McGilley State Line Chapel. Visitation will be held from 2:00 to 3:00 p.m., one hour prior to the service. Private family inurnment will be in Sunset Hill Cemetery, Warrensburg, MO. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions maybe made to The Alzheimer’s Association Heart of America Chapter, 3846 West 75th Street, Prairie Village, KS, 66208. Peggy was born December 25, 1924, in Dudley, MO. She was the wife of the late Richard R. Dawes and resided in Kansas City for many years. Peggy was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Dawes; three sisters, Margaret Cooper, Ina Richeson, Kathryn Chapin; three brothers, John, Raymond, and Carroll Orr. She is survived by two daughters, Patricia Davide of Houston, TX; Priscilla DiPasquale, of Overland Park, KS; three grandchildren, Rachel DiPasquale, Nathan DiPasquale and Anthony Davide; one brother Charles V. Orr of Dudley, MO.
