Patsy Darlene Nesbitt

Patsy Darlene Nesbitt passed away unexpectedly on December 30, 2015 at Boone Hospital.  Patsy Houchins Nesbitt of Moberly, MO was born in Madison, MO on August 15, 1942.  She is the daughter of the late Wes and Pauline Houchins of Madison, MO.  Patsy is proceeded in death by her husband, Major Ray F. Nesbitt formerly of Knox City, MO and her brother, Gerald, sister, Imogene, and sister-in-law, Joan McMullen.  Patsy is survived by her son Eric L. Nesbitt of Atlanta, GA and daughter, Stacy Rae Washburn of Tampa, FL.  Patsy has three grandchildren, Evan Nesbitt, Atlanta, GA and Adam and Lindsey Washburn of Tampa, FL. She is also survived by sister-in-law, Peggy Helms of Keokuk, IA and several nieces, nephews, and special friends.  Patsy was a graduate of Madison High School and attended Hillsborough Community College in Tampa, FL.  She spent 18 years in Tampa, Florida and is a former realtor associate.  She returned to Madison in 1991. She was a member of Madison Christian Church and previously worked at Paris Pharmacy. In lieu of flowers, please consider making a memorial donation in Patsy’s name to the Wounded Warrior Project.   Our gratitude for your love of our mother and each of us.

    Stacy and Eric, I have been trying to get in touch with Patsy without success. I just had Lee Ann try to find any new contact information and she ran across this obituary. So sorry to hear about your Mom. I will miss her as I know you will miss her. Would love to hear from you both!
