Dear Cynthia, Aimee, Nicole and all of Paul’s loved ones
The video remembrance was wonderful and showed so many sides of Paul. I hope that it helps to anchor some of the very best memories in all of your hearts. Mom always said that he was most like our dad and a “quiet one”.
Growing up ten years older than Paul and having our life paths diverge, geographically, I was not fortunate enough to get to know him well and I missed much. I knew that he carried on many of dad’s favorite traditions of hunting, fishing, gardening and of course “chili sauce”. I knew from a meeting long ago that his co-workers admired him greatly. I sensed how smart he was. And that smile!
    Remember him well.
    Paul’s brother, Ralph

Dear Cynthia,Aimee,Nicole and all of Paul’s dear sweet friends,
We are so sorry for your loss. Our prayers have been with you this past week. It was so nice to see Paul & Cynthia just enjoying life together. The video was just wonderful and it was great to see my three “little brothers” all together! That is how they always were growing up. It was wonderful to see Paul holding on to Aimee even when involved with his fishing sport. Paul was alot like my Dad always holding a child or grandchild. I know he will be greatly missed and it made me miss him even more seeing all the wonderful photo’s. I can remember Paul staying with Bill and I and Paul going duck hunting with Bill. He loved it. I remember Paul; picking peppers from our little garden so he could go home and make his “chili sauce”. I will forever hold Paul my brother deep in my heart and memory of him running on the beach up north just having fun as a 9 year old. Good fun memories.

With love and care and sadness
    Mary&Bill Corbett (family)

My thoughts and prayers are with you and the family. I will never forget Paul. He was an incredible friend and ski partner. Paul and I skied most weekends during the winter growing up outside of Detroit. We skied long and hard on cold winter days and nights, challenged each other to be among the best skiers on the slopes, but most of all, we laughed had fun. We both ended up attending Northern Michigan after taking a ski trip outside Marquette. Unfortunately, we lost touch with each other after graduating. The video remembrance brought back many fond memories of my teen years and friendship with Paul that spanned over several years.

    Romans 6:4
We were buried therefore with him by baptism into death, in order that, just as Christ was raised from the dead by the glory of the Father, we too might walk in newness of life.
