Pebble Carmella Ayers-Russell, 75, Fernley, NV passed away November 26, 2012 in Kansas City, MO. Pebble was born March 1, 1937 in Richmond, CA to Pedar Deckelman and Doreen Stella Swanson. She received her Bachelor’s Degree and worked in the medical industry as a nurse. Pebble will be greatly missed by her loving family and all who knew and loved her. Cremation will take place.
