Although I did not know Philip directly, I can tell that he was a great man and will be missed. based on the values held by his son, and my friend Charles. My thoughts and prayers are with the Tolbert family.

Philip occasionally joined Charles for church at First Christian NKC. He was always such a joy. I know there is an outpouring of love because of the man that he was. Charles, you are your father’s son. Blessings & Prayers for all of your family.
