Phil Moore

Phil Moore, 63, Kansas City, Missouri passed away May 27, 2020 at the Kansas City VA Medical Center, Kansas City, Missouri.  Funeral services will be held 10:00 AM, Monday June 1, 2020 at Heartland Cremation & Burial Society, 6113 Blue Ridge Blvd., Raytown, Missouri, followed by a burial at the Missouri State Veterans Cemetery in Higginsville, Missouri.

Phil was born November 28, 1956 in Wiesbaden, Germany.  He served in the US Air Force.   Phil held high respect for military and veterans. His patriotism was evident from the flag pole standing in his yard, in the way he honored the National Anthem by standing at attention and saluting (even at home) and all the way to patriotic clothing and accessories that he wore. Phil worked in corrections for the State of Tennessee. He went on to serve as prisoner transportation manager for Palm Beach County, Florida. Phil then went to work as a security officer in the Kansas City area. He loved riding his motorcycle, riding with his parents and brother, The Patriot Guard and the Swordbearers for Christ. Phil and his wife Connie had a biker wedding in Spring Hill, Florida. He will be missed.

Phil was preceded in death by his father Tim Moore.  He is survived by: his wife of 20 years, Connie; son, Bryan; daughter, Diana and son, Randall; his mother, Bertie; a brother, Paul; stepdaughter, Lori and three grandchildren.
