Phyllis Kearns Johnson, 87, of Kansas City, MO passed away on July 1, 2018. A funeral service will be held at 6:00PM Tuesday, July 10, 2018 at Heartland Cremation & Burial Society, Raytown, MO. Visitation will be held at 5:00PM Tuesday, July 10, 2018 at Heartland Cremation & Burial Society, Raytown, MO. Mrs. Johnson was born August 1, 1930 in Atlanta, NE. She was a devout born-again Christian and a staunch Republican. She loved gardening and sewing. She was preceded in death by: both parents, and her seven brothers and sisters. Survivors include: her three children, Kelley L (Johnson) Hall of Daytona Beach, FL; Ronald B. Johnson of Belton, MO; Debra M. (Johnson) Knapp of Raytown, MO; brother, Archie Kearns of Seattle, WA; and many grand children and great-grandchildren.
Prayers for all the family. May you all have God’s comfort and peace. I’m glad I got to know Phyllis and was inspired by all the things she could do and did. We both climbed on our roof but she was able to much more than I could ever do. Char
