Rachel Diane Gaume, 71, of Kansas City, MO passed away March 6, 2023. Memorial services will take place 6:00pm Friday, March 24, 2023 at Heartland Cremation and Burial Society, 6113 Blue Ridge Blvd Raytown, MO 64133. Visitation will be held prior to the service at 5:00pm. Diane was born August 17, 1951 in Humansville, MO.

She was preceded in death by: father, Leroy Leonard.

Survivors include: mother, Anita Johnson; husband, Mike Gaume; sons, Mickey (Katie) Gaume and Andy (Stephanie) Gaume; step-daughter, Tammy Vaughn; sisters, Denise Hart and Norita Taylor; brother, David Leonard; and grandchildren: Nick, Samantha, Lexi, Mac and Gigi.
