Ralph A. Alexander

Ralph Alexander, 75, Independence, MO passed away Oct. 15, 2018. A memorial will be held 2:30 PM, Thursday, Oct. 18, 2018 at First Branch Remnant Church, 2820 MO-291, Independence, Mo 64055.

Ralph was a devoted husband and father. He leaves behind his wife of 47 years, Laurel Jewel Alexander; his son, Eric James Andrew Alexander and Eric’s son Broderick Wayne Robert Alexander; his daughter Jennifer Lee Likes and her children, Samantha Lee Adkins and Trenton James Adkins, and Jennifer’s husband Jeremy Lee Likes, and his children, Jeremy Wayne Cercy Likes, and Jeremy Lee Likes, Jr. He also leaves behind one brother, David Oliver Alexander and David’s wife Kay. He leaves behind many beloved nieces and nephews, beloved sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, and lots of cousins, and his long-time dog, Sophie. He is preceded in death by his parents, Thomas Elliot Alexander and Mary Catherine Hieronymous Alexander. Also preceded in death by his brother James Russell and JR’s wife, Georgia; his brother Robert and Robert’s wife, Dorothy; and his brother Wayne and Wayne’s wife Eleanor Alexander. Ralph loved his work as a dental technician, and his favorite hobby, fishing.
