Randall “Randy” Lee Surls

Randall (Randy) Lee Surls, 63, passed away on Saturday, October 24, 2020 at his home, surrounded by his loved ones. He was born on December 10, 1956 in Burbank, CA to Robert Lee Surls and Mary Lou Roberts Surls.

Randy was a long time resident of Peculiar, MO where he and his beloved wife of 43 years and soulmate since the 7th grade, raised their 4 children; Rob Surls (Marci), Patrick Surls (Rachel), Carrie Stevick (Brian), and Ryan Surls; and where he spoiled his 8 grandchildren (River, Brooklynn and Kayla Surls; Marlie and Emmaline Surls; Austin, Aydan and Adalyn Stevick).

Randy was known for his mechanical capabilities, the best of the best. The handiest of all handy men; there was nothing he couldn’t do. Randy was also an avid pilot, fisherman and hunter. He loved traveling with his wife and family; mostly to the warm, beautiful beaches of Florida, to the backdrop of his fun-loving Jimmy Buffet playlist. He was a lover of life and lived it to its absolute fullest.

But most of all, Randy loved his family; a true believer that family is everything. His life mission was making sure his wife, children and grandchildren had everything within them to live their best life. The family will treasure his love and life lessons for generations to come. Mission Accomplished.
