    Dear Jenni and Jeff,
I was so sorry to see in the Joplin Globe where your father passed away. I doubt you remember me however, I grew up in Joplin on Virginia by your grandparents. They are some of my fondest childhood memories.

I wanted you to know that you were in my thoughts and may God grant both your father and your families peace. I remember him as a lovely man who had a kind smile. He left an impression on this child’s mind all this many years later.

My sympathy to the family of Dr. Keener. He was my families dentist and I had to see him often. He always reminded me of Andy Williams. I’ve had fillings that I had 50 years fall out. Not a bad job to have lasted so long. Rose Ann Miller
