Ricky Edward Jones, 65, of Merriam, Kansas passed away on January 28, 2018 at home. A memorial service will be held February 4, 2018 from 12:00pm-2:00pm at Heartland Cremation & Burial Society, Raytown, Missouri. Mr. Jones was born February 15, 1952 in St. Louis, Missouri.
Ricky enjoyed watching football and loved the Kansas City Chiefs, even when they weren’t playing well. He loved motorcycles and especially enjoyed the time he was able to spend fixing and enjoying them with his son.
He was preceded in death by parents Dewey and JoAnn Jones, one brother Dewey Jones, Jr., and one sister Cynthia Birchard.
Survivors include son Aaron Jones, two sisters Vickie Dockery and Beverly Hardwick, and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
