Rita Henry, 70, of Columbia, died Saturday, April 5, 2014 at Columbia Healthcare. Cremation has taken place and no services are planned. Rita was born on January 19, 1944 in Callao, MO to the late Waldo & Maxine Adams. She is survived by her husband Clayton, children, Dawn Wallace and Scott Henry as well as siblings, Mae Hughes, Jean Cox, Leann Mackley, Tom Adams, Colin Adams, Cary Adams and Fred Adams. Rita is also preceded in death by a daughter Paula Henry as well as siblings, Edgar and Dell Adams.

How filled with strength and grace she was/is. It was my honor to have been a friend, co-worker and physician for Rita for years. I will miss her. My prayers for Rita and her family….
