Robert Arnold Brown Jr.

Robert Arnold Brown Jr, age 90, of Shawnee, KS passed away on April 6th, 2022.

He was born on November 25th, 1931, in Oklahoma City, OK. Bob served in the United States Air Force during the Korean Conflict. After service, he attended Oklahoma City University where he graduated with an associate degree. He worked in management for the Federal Aviation Administration Maintenance Facility in Oklahoma City where he retired with 35 years of service.

Robert Brown is preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Flora, sons Darel and Ron, First wife Marilyn, and his two sisters, Bonnie White and Patricia Leonard. Survivors include his wife Mary Jane, stepchildren, Elizabeth and Alan Reschke, daughter-in-law Laura, and granddaughter Paige. Other survivors include brothers-in-law Herb Leonard and Ronnie Blackwell and many nieces and nephews.

Bob and Jane enjoyed traveling together and visited most of the North American continent together. He is much loved and will be missed every day. He is sitting in God’s ever-loving light.

A Memorial Service will be held on Friday May 6th, 2022, 11:00am at Resurrection Cemetery Chapel at 7500 W. Britton Rd, OKC, OK. Memorial gifts in Bob’s memory may be made to the Arthritis Foundation.
