Robert (Bobby) Gene Pezold, 74 years old, of Columbia, MO, passed away peacefully on May 10, 2025.
A Funeral Mass will be held at St Thomas More Newman Center on Saturday, May 31, 2025 at 11:00 A.M., with visitation from 9:00-10:45.
Born to Robert F and Juanita K (Tinsley) Pezold on May 26, 1950, in St Louis, MO. He is a graduate of St Thomas Aquinas High School. Worked for Schnucks, Discwasher, ABC Laboratories, Inc. and Wal-Mart. Bobby enjoyed serving in his church, as a 4th degree member of the Knights of Columbus, with Almeta Crayton’s Everybody Eats Thanksgiving Dinner, and in many other ways. As an avid sportsman, he enjoyed helping others, especially children, with their hunting and fishing skills. He was fun-loving, living life to the fullest, traveling, and cherishing his family and friends.
Bobby was preceded in death by his loving parents, Robert (Bob) and Juanita (Nita) Pezold, several aunts, uncles, and cousins. He is survived by his wife, Kathryn (Kathy) nee Konering. He leaves behind a sister-in-law and brother-in-law, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and a large circle of friends.

Bobby will be remembered for his kind heart and for love of humanity.
