Robert L. Dover, Sr., 96, of Lenexa, KS, passed away on Thursday, June 21, 2018. He is survived by his son, Robert L. Dover, Jr., daughter-in-law, Linda, and grandchildren Andrea N. Dover and Jarrod M. Dover, all of Lenexa, KS.
Mr. Dover was a World War II Navy Veteran and a retired Sante Fe Ralilroad worker. As one of six siblings, he was born and raised in Dodge City, KS. He had also lived in Wichita, Topeka and Newton, KS as well as Waco and South Padre Island, TX.
A memorial service will be held in his honor at Grace Community Church, 1600 S. Anderson Road, Newton, KS 67114, on Wednesday, June 27, 2018 at 11 am. Memorial contributions may be made to Grace Community Church.
